Quodlibet published the work "Rastro de murmullos" by Sergio Blardony


The journal Quodlibet (Aula de Música of the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares) recently published, in the issue 46, January-April 2010, the work Rastro de murmullos by Sergio Blardony. The work was commissioned by the CDMC - National Institute for the Performing Arts and Music - INAEM (Autonomous Body attached to the Ministry of Culture). The composition is intended to be a work on the sound space, time and stage movement, and uses a poem in the collection Demonios y Leyes written by the poet Pilar Martín Gila.

The book of poems "Demonios y Leyes" (Demons and Laws) has been used by Sergio Blardony in several of his musical works. The collection of poems is published by Editions Libertarias-Prohufi.

Ensemble s21 will perform ''Sulla morte e la follia'' in A Coruña (Spain), as part of ICCM 2010


Next Tuesday, April 27, Ensemble s21 will perform the Blardony's work Sulla morte e la follia, in a concert to be held at the Paraninfo da Universidade da Coruña, Spain (Hall of the University). The concert takes place in the framework of IC[CM] 2010 (International Conference on Contemporary Music) organized by the University of A Coruña on 25, 26 and 27 in this Galician city.

The Quodlibet journal and CDMC commissioned a work of Sergio Blardony


The work was published as a reprint of an upcoming issue of the journal Quodlibet, publication issued by the Music Department of the Alcalá de Henares University. The commission takes place in colaboration with the CDMC partner (Center for the Diffusion of Contemporary Music, Ministry of Culture of Spain).
