Pre-premiere of "Luz de campanas" at 2011 FESTICONU, Huelva, Spain

On Thursday April 14 at 20 pm, in the hall of the Conservatory of Huelva, is hosting the pre-premiere, in a shorter version, of Luz de campanas, by Sergio Blardony trio written for violin, cello and piano. The event will be the II Festival of Contemporary Music in Huelva, FESTICONU 2011, and the performers will be Ana Isabel Gómez Suárez (violin), Laura Calabuig Benítez (cello) and María Fernández González (piano). The concert, which was also interpreted works of John Cage, Diana Perez, György Ligeti, Juan Guillen and François Rossé be preceded by a lecture by Juan Manuel Arrazola Belda.

The Contemporary Music Workshop CSMS play "El espacio transgredido"

The concert will take place March 22, 2011, in Salamanca (Spain), and the work will be performed by the Contemporary Music Workshop of CSMC, conducted by Javier Castro. El espacio transgredido: entre el rincón de luz y los límites de la sombra was composed by Sergio Blardony in 2008 for ensemble of 11 instruments and electronics, and premiered at the VIII International Festival of Spanish Music in St. Petersburg.
